American Institute for Interdisciplinary Research (AIIR) is providing three types of services that build capacity, facilitate policy change, enhance workforce competencies, foster behavior change, and transform systems to achieve outcomes for the people we serve.
AIIR conducts scientifically rigorous researches by applying our expertise in research design, data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine program effectiveness, and identify best practices.
Our evaluations provide concrete and practical recommendations to align and improve programs, systems, and work processes.
Traditional and non-traditional data sources are used in data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in order to solve social issues by taking advantage of a wide variety of existing data sources. We discover meaning and value in data to solve critical research questions, support evidence-based decision-making, and understand observable behavior and social action systems.
At AIIR we use data analytics to provide strategies to improve the economic well-being and social justice of people in a variety of ways locally, nationally, and globally.
AIIR provides mentoring, coaching, tutoring, and scholarships to U.S. students, specifically STEM scholars given their pivotal influence in society, to help them succeed in their academic journeys. The organization then follows along with their progress and, throughout or upon completion of their studies, helps them build and grow their own businesses through managerial consultancy. To these students and other professionals, AIIR provides research-based financial and administrative advice, marketing strategies, and gives them exposure to acquire an effective labor force, ensuring the sustainability of their business.
It is important to preserve peace and economic stability, and promote the well-being of people in the U.S. and abroad. Thus, it is relevant for American institutions to develop a global interest in solving social justice issues, such as poverty and racism, worldwide. In this spirit, AIIR has initiated researches and actions to fight against poverty and racism to improve people's quality of life in the U.S and overseas, especially in Africa, Europe, and Asia. Indeed, AIIR has begun implementing investigations and activities to fight against poverty and racism in America (USA), Africa (Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, and DR Congo), Europe (Belgium and France), and Asia (Israel).
